Day 1 SEP Day 1

Newcomer
Thanks to Alan Gordon and those who maintain this site for all their work.

Level of acceptance:
Pretty high. I have listened to Dr. Sarno's back pain audiobook and found it very convincing, as well as personally relevant.

Any doubts or worries:
Sometimes still a small doubt in my mind, that maybe there's a physical reason...but that goes away when I list all of the non-medical pain issues throughout my body that I've had throughout my life (growing pains, neck pain/headaches, shoulder problems (both shoulders), back pains, De Quervain's tenosynovitis in my wrist, a heel spur with achilles tendinopathy, and most recently "Meralgia paresthetica"). I really feel like I'm 'barking up the right tree'.
