Sedona Method video

Hi everyone,

I haven't been here for a while (due to health matters that are structural and not TMS) but I thought I'd stop by and post up this video that I'm finding really helpful for my TMS. I believe the Sedona Method has been mentioned on the forums by others, but I hadn't seen this 'short and sweet' video mentioned before. (I dislike the accompanying music to it, but I just mute it out of the way!)



In connection with the Sedona Method I'm also currently reading this book: 'Love Yourself and Let the Other Person Have It Your Way' by Lawrence Crane and Lester Levenson https://www.amazon.co.uk/Love-Yours...coding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=7Y3JA0A1B70QHZANK0RP which is to do with the teachings of Lester Levenson, upon which I understand the Sedona Method is based.
