Scuba diving

    Yes, frequently we can feel sadness, fear, rage, hate, frustration,... but we tend to consider those emotions threatening, toxic, perverse or dangerous. So, we can feel them «just a little». We prefer to see just the iceberg point. But if we have the courage of submerging under the see surface we can confirm huge amounts of rage, hate, anger, fear, ..... Repressing that hidden, subconscious part of our «negative» emotion we get to easily produce pain, fascitis plantar, fybromialgia, chronic fatigue, ......
    Let's try scuba diving and accept we are not perfect !

    I agree! We do a great job convincing ourselves we don't have deeply hidden feelings because it doesn't fit with our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. But that is the point, and I guess it's the proof also! We probably have more courage than we realize, and if we will dive in the benefits will be amazing!
