    Increasingly capacity for generating rage:
    • Weird situations/bad experiences/annoying circumstances
    • Personal relationships
    • «Distant» people (the president, our boss, that silly taxi driver or new neighbour,,... )
    • «Close people (family, true friends, inspiring persons,...)
Rage against people is more devastating that anger about situations. But anger about our beloved ones (parents, sons, wife, husband, close friends,...) is by far the most worse rage because we can feel to hate extremely beloved people and that is unbearable, unnacceptable ... thus creating lots of guilt, shame and anxiety inside us. Our brain is ready to detect that tremendous inner fight and, via involuntary repression, generates pain in order to distract us from that emotional «catastrophe» and to focus our attention, preocupation and fear in our back, leg, shoulder, arm,....

Just guessing, of course. Triying to find the best «pedagogy» for my friends in chronic pain.

    Thanks!
