MJW Angry, exhausted from lack of sleep, in a lot of emotional pain. Can anyone help??
I found that when I couldn't sleep, I would choose one thing I was angry about and just write it down.
Then, I would let myself write anything about it...even if sounded very childish or brutal about someone else. No one else will see it.
If you feel like you can't write sentences, just write whatever words come to you. Write for 15 or 20 minutes.
It helped me to sleep after that. Your brain and heart need a place to put your feelings so they don't circulate and then get submerged again.
Putting it on paper will help your brain to release it.
