Retroactive Jealousy - Symptom Imperative?

Hi Everyone,

Looks like my brain has latched onto a new fear and new obsession/OCD. I didn’t even know there was a name for such a thing. My mind has been fixated on my partner’s sexual past. Apparently this is called retroactive jealousy…. I’m guessing this is a new symptom. It’s repetitive, scary, and causes body pain. Anyone have experience with this?

I've certainly experienced that before, but I didn't know it had a name. No doubt it brings out all consuming emotions.

My suggestion would be to journal about it. Maybe use this format here: How to JournalSpeak — The Cure for Chronic Pain ....
and just get all those ugly feelings out until you can process them in a healthier way.
