Day 1 restarting

I started doing the Structured Educational Program last month but I was going through it really fast instead of taking my time. I stopped and looked through the website. I read the Pain Recovery Program and the TMS Recovery Program. I looked through the forums and read people's sucess stories. i took my time instead of going fast.

I started doing the Structured Educational Program again yesterday. I'm sure my problems are caused by TMS. In the time since I stopped and restarted yesterday, things feel different.

We'll see what happens...
