Remembering the mantras

I highly recommend this book for anyone who suffers from anxiety, because it's full of little mantras. I have come to believe that those of us with deep-seated anxiety - if not full-blown anxiety disorders - have a harder and longer recovery from TMS. My personal theory is that those individuals who can read one book by Sarno and experience instant relief may simply have the rage without the anxiety.

This makes sense to me too. Dealing with two things is like anxiety and rage is much more than twice as hard because often fixing one makes the other worse. For example you get rid of some anxiety and your rage increases. There's some more theory here :
