Zohara is a concert pianist, educator, and Suzuki Teacher Trainer whose hands are her life and livelihood. A few years ago, joint pain in her fingers, restricted movement, and eventually a recommendation for a full hip replacement threatened all of it.
Despite the diagnoses, the tests showed nothing conclusive. Something deeper was going on.
Zohara had always believed in the mind-body connection. She found Dr. Sarno, then Schubiner, Nicole Sachs, and Alan Gordon. She did the reading, the coursework, the journaling she had practiced for decades.
And when she began working inside the Recovery Circle, something started to shift. The hip pain that had her scheduled for surgery began to ease.
