Day 1 ready

hi all
I got out of operation L4-L5 disc herniation four days ago.....worse...., three days ago in desperation start reading the healing back pain book, which I had bought a week ago after recomendation from a friend. At the time buying it i knew i was going into operation and was convinced that my structural issue would be over...........I guess I wouldn't have been ready to accept TMS if I hadn't gone through the operation and seen how it didn't work.

I am now 100% certain I have TMS, so many things makes sense. I had back pain on and off for 18 years, with last two months unbearable. On the other hand i have been super active, including surfing 18 ft waves, how can that be possible if I have a structural weak back. I just never thought of it like that.
I have the personality, and too much pressure on myself.

ready to write my own success story this is it.
