1. No. Gentle exercises are great! Exercise in general is great. The only reason we talk about exercise sometimes not being beneficial in the TMS world is because often times we are exercising in hopes of getting rid of our pain. This is not useful when our pain is TMS/Psychogenic in nature.
2. Good question, and that is something I would ask a TMS physician. Until I get more information, I’m not comfortable saying one way or the other.
