During the past two weeks has your pain been moving around? How has this affected your belief in the diagnosis? If you feel comfortable sharing, then post your response in a thread in our Structured Program forum. We would love to hear from you.
My pain hasn't really been moving around. However, during my menstrual period, I had some lower back pain while I was sleeping. Instead of trying to connect it to my emotions, I simply acknowledged it by thinking, "My lower back hurts," and then went on with my day. I didn't give it any more attention than that.
My belief in the TMS diagnosis hasn't changed. I'm convinced there isn't any other plausible explanation for my symptoms.
