When was the last time you exercised or did another physical activity? What was this activity? How did it make you feel physically and emotionally? If it is has been a while since you last exercised, why? Yesterday I went to the gym after about 2 or more years, I don't remember. Physically my elbows were burning before I even got there. It pretty much stayed the same. Emotionally I felt a mix of optimism which soon derailed into worry about further injury. I was worried about my tennis elbow(s) and my shoulder.
