Day 4 Question to Ponder

The two MRIs I've had showing the same disk bulges were a source of extreme doubt my first time through the SEP; this time, however, I feel like I consciously know they are not the cause of this relapse, but the fear of relapse leading up to this shows me that there may be some lingering doubt in the unconscious. I am, therefore, really doing the work, as Dr. Sarno recommends, daily in order for it to sink in. I'm also trying to practice patience and acceptance, the calendar watching and obsessive monitoring of the body are difficult to ignore, but I'm at least willing to let them go, now it's just a matter of practice.

    Thanks for reading.

I think your willingness may be the key which unlocks the door to a pain free life.

Putting in the work in TMS healing is essential, but I learned so much along the way, about myself and others, that it was well worth the effort.
