Question on Schlecter's Journal Workbook

In the profile of the author of the Day 12 reading, he refers to Schlecter's Journal Workbook. I can't find any information on this journal workbook online. Is anyone familiar with it?

I don't think I saw the workbook on the program, but it is David schechter's Mindbody Workbook, and we have a wiki page about it at http://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/David_Schechter's_Mindbody_Workbook_and_Patient_Panel_DVD . It primarily consists of questions and journal prompts that you respond to each day. If I remember correctly, it doesn't really have a lot of info about TMS, so if you do it you should probably also read another TMS book to absorb the education portion.
