Question about Success with TMS

I am interested to find out how many of you were stuck in the TMS pain cycle, until you were officially diagnosed by a TMS therapist. I have been seeing a pyschotherapist for the last two years, however my pain keeps coming back, even after years of doing this work. Its now so bad that my shoulder and arm aches every day, and I work full time as a writer. I am beyond despondent. I need an official diagnoses but can never get in touch with a therapist.

I am losing hope.

 

A diagnosis normally comes from a TMS physician, after a medical workup specific to TMS and an emotional history. Are you seeing a TMS therapist, or a regular therapist?

I wish I could magic you out of this hell. All I can do is lend my support and pray you find what heals. I had to embrace body-oriented, pleasure based methods to recover so maybe you need to explore other routes..?
