Have you been overly critical of yourself lately? How and why have you done this? You can find a review on recognizing destructive behaviors.

I do feel I have been critical on myself.

I have been over worrying about things
What if this or that. Fears comming
Up that may not even happen.

I’m also aware of putting pressure on myself
Since dad passed away I have felt pressure
    To look after my mum.

When in reality it’s me putting pressure on myself no one else.

I also feel like I need to journal my fears
And express them rather then keep them side. Does that make sense to any one ?

I feel like I need to give myself the space I need since dad died, to allow myself the space to work out and express haw I feel.

Good luck to all on this program and
    Stay positive.

    Sam

Sure it does, @Sam999. It's true that fears are not deep emotions, in fact, they are created by your fearful brain in order to keep you worried and on edge - it's all tied in with the distraction mechanism. But if you are willing to look at your fears for what they are, you can make a choice to start countering them with logical, constructive, and proactive responses.
