Since I've started this program, I've had a number of successes I'm proud of. Walking for longer periods of time (up to 35 minutes) in the morning, vigourously, "almost" jogging! Keeping on when numbness and shakiness and pain persisted. Not retreating to bed, escaping. Strengthening my mind, my will. Through journalling that led to reframing, learning that I am not a victim and can live my life with intention. Of course I struggle, but looking back at these successes does help.
