Day 10 Progress so far....

    Well here I am at day 10..I truly believe that my pain is from years of emotional repression. I find the journals and the Unsent letters are really helping me to get in touch with some of these emotions, and once I start writing on a subject I sometimes think OH! I now remember how angry, sad, lonely or frustrated I was at another period in time..I found that going for walks and enjoying my surrounding is very enjoyable and something I do for "me time"...I feel that I've made a little improvement and look forward to continuing progress!
