Hi all, Pandamonium here, long while since I have logged in here but I helped build this Wiki!! I am in the middle of my third Presence Process. Its been a long while since I did the last one but I felt I needed to do it now, not because I am suffering from anything in particular but I just though "new year: go for a physical and emotional detox". Now I am going through it I am thinking maybe I should do this at the start of every year, just to keep myself acting consciously. But I am wondering about shortening it, so instead of doing a week per chapter, maybe do 3 days. Or just read it and don't do it experientially. Or shorten it and do a general meditation. Thoughts? has anyone done anything like that? I know John Sklar has done it about 20 times, not sure if we have any other serial PP members?
