Hi all, Pandamonium here, long while since I have logged in here but I helped build this Wiki!!

I am in the middle of my third Presence Process. Its been a long while since I did the last one but I felt I needed to do it now, not because I am suffering from anything in particular but I just though "new year: go for a physical and emotional detox".
Now I am going through it I am thinking maybe I should do this at the start of every year, just to keep myself acting consciously. But I am wondering about shortening it, so instead of doing a week per chapter, maybe do 3 days. Or just read it and don't do it experientially. Or shorten it and do a general meditation.

Thoughts? has anyone done anything like that? I know John Sklar has done it about 20 times, not sure if we have any other serial PP members?

Lots of TMSers say they have found pain relief in the Presence Process. It helped you before, so I think it will help to do it again. It's okay to shorten it and do a general meditation. Let us know how it goes. Have a great new year. Thanks for your work building this fantastic web site.
