Recently my moods been a bit better than normal but the problem is that
When I'm HappyIsh I worry that I'm repressing negative emotions just by feeling good for a bit

Ellie -you don't need to feel guilty for being happy. Feeling happy is a good thing that's good for your health and good for your TMS symptoms.

I would only worry about repressing your emotions when you suspect that's something you're actually doing.

if you're feeling happy, feel happy. if you're feeling sad, feel sad. if you're feeling angry, feel angry. don't overthink it. don't suppress it. just feel it.

    i sound like a hippy :D
