Day 24 positive changes since starting program

    I think that I'm more aware and present now when anger starts to arise in me. I'm able to have a more detached feeling to it and understand why I'm feeling that way. (feeling rejected, unloved, criticized). I'm aware that it goes against my greatest need which is to feel taken care of. So, I don't get so carried away in the emotion and blaming the other person for my pain.

    This is a wonderful report. I hope others who are considering doing the SEP and the TMS Recovery Program read your post. This is the kind of growth that anyone would enjoy in their lives, regardless of TMS.
