No complaints really...but if I have to make a recommendation...
Outside of the program, I have been re-reading tidbits from Sarno, Schubiner, and some of my favorite articles from the program. I try to remind myself everyday of the basic concepts of TMS. I thought perhaps it could be useful if each day's education section listed a short summary of those basic concepts.
