Beloved Grand Eagle
This person @Nicole J. Sachs LCSW is doing wonderful work in the world. She worked with Dr. Sarno. Along with @Steve Ozanich, their perspective and insights on TMS were, for me, THE MOST helpful guides in understanding and accepting Sarno's work and forwarding it.

This is Nicole's podcast. The first 5 or 6 minutes are about her upcoming workshop at Omega in upstate NY. So, if you don't know her, skip that part and listen to her point of view of why we have chronic pain. She has a book. She has YouTubes. And 22 other podcasts that are strong.

Please, do yourself this favor.

Marcia, as always, thank you for this. I love @Nicole J. Sachs LCSW, and this podcast episode, as you said, provides both clarity and a boost. It was what I needed right now.

I am totally bookmarking it, and for anyone who wants to pass this along, please use the URL for this thread with Marcia's introduction, okay? For convenience, this is the URL to paste into your post, or social media: https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/please-listen-to-this-for-a-boost-and-clarity.20711/ (Please listen to this for a boost and clarity.)

Hmm, it would be great to include this somewhere in the SEP - if anyone has any ideas, let me know (I'm kind of busy right now, wrapping up the last week of tax season). If we find a good place, I will ask Nicole for permission to include it. It covers all the bases, don't you think? In less than 30 minutes.

Love,
~Jan
