Day 36 Playing the flute again

Day 34 I decided to play the flute (tin whistle) again. I stopped 5 years ago because it was hurting my neck and arms. I played 2 x 15 min and 1 x 30 min. After the 30 min session the pain was there, but not as severe as 5 years ago.
Day 35 I woke up still with that pain and played anyway (how brave of me). I played for 75 min! I really enjoyed it and the pain did not flare up.
Day 36 I woke with still a little bit of pain, but I am going to play again today and I plan to play every day!

So happy with the program :)

Pardon the pun, but this is music to my ears. You brought music back to your life and it's helping heal you.
You also avoided a conditioned reflex that playing the flute created pain.
I'm so glad that the SEP is helping you.

YAY for playing again! :)

I stopped playing guitar (so much) because it hurt too, and am now going to play some guitar! :)

Good going! If symptoms return maybe try rubbing your flute with Viagra, but if you play for more then 24 hours, consult a conductor. :D
