pinched nerve?

In the mind-body theory/approach the pinched nerve is a myth.
I wonder if there is any possibilities of nerve entrapment and if the consequences are pain .... either numbness/insensibility.

    Thanks a lot.

It certainly can happen due to an actual injury. However, as it heals, symptoms fade away. Unlike TMS, where symptoms are chronic or recurrent.

Of course, always a good idea to rule out a tumor pressing on a nerve or diabetes.

    Thanks.
Doctors say what is pressing the nerve is the deformed/degenerated/herniated disc.
    Fake?
According dr. Sarno the real entrapment of the nerve produces CONSTANT insensibility/ numbness, but not INTERMITENT pain.
    Do you agree?

As someone with sciatica in both legs (lots of intermittent symptoms) and pain and numbness in both arms and hands, I agree 100%.
