Day 3 Physical Actvities

    Hi All,

    Before I read about TMS I was doing a minimal amount of exercise but even that was only because a Dr. who I respect had recommended it and even then only "up to tolerance", I did not really want to do it because such activity is not conducive with wallowing in self pity which is where I was at. So I increased this level soon after learning about TMS and I feel better for it physically and mentally and will continue to increase it.

    An activity I used to enjoy hugely a few years ago was Rio Samba dance & drumming but I managed to talk my self out of doing it with various excuses. How could I do that to myself when it was so exhilerating ? It was a means of punishing myself. Before I started writing today's journal I have made enquiries to resume this, I still feel some resistance to it but i'll get there sooner not later.
