In Pelvic Pain since april. Reading Gordon, Sarno, Ozanich and Will read Sachs. Been a worrier all my life. Difficult to shift focus becausr of lifelong fear and I know I can heal when I let go of the fear, attention and thoughts but this is really a struggle.

Hi there @Nientje and welcome to the forum and to Day 1 of the SEP!

We are here to support you in your journey. I have a few paragraphs written down with my personal advice for doing the SEP effectively, which I am happy to share if you are interested.

Another great resource to inform your self-reflection would be investing a very short amount of time to take the ten-question ACEs "quiz", described and linked here:
https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/aces-quiz-online-printable-versions.27061 (ACEs "quiz" - online & printable versions)

Good luck - it sounds like you're in the right place!
