    Welcome @Paigee. Your description of your symptoms certainly has a ring of TMS about it and you seem to have a keen grasp of the workings of TMS. My experience, though not the same as yours, certainly has similarities. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and living and enjoying life in spite of those pesky symptoms. As you say, there is a lot of help here. Good luck!
