Paresthesia is one of the main TMS symptons I get, the Mindbody Prescriptions mentions something odd

I am reading the latter part of the book where it talks about connections to Freud and how paresthesia and a few other symptoms are from sexual repression....is that what Dr Sarno believed as well? I just feel like if that was the case I should have had that symptom many years ago as I am now 33.

I don’t believe there’s a direct correlation between the two. There’s so many reasons why a symptom might manifest in a particular way. But generally speaking it’s a similar approach to overcoming the symptoms regardless of how they manifest.
