Pain to numbness

hi folks
Well my pain for 3 years stopped which I was happy about after all the work I put in. Now it's replaced with numbness in the left foot and won't go away and I notice my walk is different on the left foot..it swings o

It is normal. Don't be swayed by it - or even worse - scared by it. Your brain is disoriented by disappearance of usual stimulus (pain). When my hands go numb and tingly, I keep telling my brain that we are safe, that I am grateful for the pain and tension to go away. Sooner or later numbness and tingling subsides. Keep doing what you have been doing. Good luck!

Where was the pain originally? My pain also tends to move around the body and doesn't stay in one area. It means that the brain hasn't abandoned TMS as a survival strategy, it is merely choosing another location in the body.
