A public health program called Flippin’ Pain was undertaken in England shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The objective was to flip, meaning radically change, the public’s understanding of chronic pain and how to treat it. The program was inspired by a similar one in Australia called The Pain Revolution that Lorimer Moseley started. Below is a link to a Flippin’ Pain presentation in Lincoln that features Moseley and showcases recent refinements of his approach. The video is an hour and a half long but, I think, well worth watching.

    Excellent presentation. Loved the humor.

Good connection between becoming over sensitive to a stimuli or activity and experiencing more pain than someone else. Conditioning playing a big role.

    very useful. Thanks for posting.
