Day 15 Pain moving Around

    Hello everyone.

    Hope you are all ok.

    Just a note from my day 15 of
    Sep program.

    Have I noticed my pain moving around ?

    I just stopped to think on that,

    Mmm yes I have shoulder, back, hip,
    Leg, yes it seems to move.

    I’m exercising now every day in the gym
    And after the gym there is less or no
    Pain at all.

    So exercise takes the pain away or reduces

    Has anyone else found this ?

    That exercise helps???

    It’s curious that it does, why is this ?

    I feel the pain moving around helps my belief In tms.

    I am also noticing my pain is worse more
    When I’m working or stressed.

    I’m finding this program very helpful
