Pain moving around

Hi Everyone!

So the pain for me has been pelvic the last 3 years. (vulvodynia)

But sometimes recently after using the TMS approach the pain will go other places too. My back mostly. I asked my pain phycologist and she said that often that's a good sign because your brain is trying to get you into that fear cycle again by giving you pain somewhere else.

For those who have healed did that happened to you ever? Am I on the right track?

 

Yes, pain moving around is a good sign. I think all of us with TMS have experienced that. You are on the right track, and lucky to have a psychologist who understands TMS. Keep doing what you're doing.
