I was browsing through my BBC news app as I do every morning and came across an interesting video from a photographer, a chronic pain sufferer, who produces still life images to represent pain in its many forms. I feel very compelled to reach out to this man and give him the heads up about TMS. What do you think?

    Hi there yb!

Wow, not only the artist, but apparently all of the friends who contributed descriptions of their pain for his work! You know, I've certainly had the same desire as you (and I know we're not alone) when I hear or see interviews with people like this. It's heart-breaking, isn't it? I never get around to doing anything, though, and pretty soon the inclination, and the memory of the person, are replaced by new distractions and the latest news.

But I have always wished I had the guts to see it through sometime. There's really only one crucial question that must be asked when contemplating any risk: "what is the worst that can happen?"

I'd kind of love to see you go for it, girl.

    XOX ~Jan
