pain/discomfort in private parts

anyone there who has recovered from pdf/ic like symptoms using tms
iam 90% convinced its tms but before discovering tms i read alot of ic/pdf forums and someone there said that she had minor burning for months which she ignored and it turned into full blown ic
iam also having minor burning on and off and that thing is stuck with me
thoughts of what if it goes worst is consuming me iam only 21 , these fears are pulling me down on tms journey
