Hi, Almost a year ago I bought Dr. Schubiner's "Unlearn Your Pain" workbook and joined this forum. Both helped me SO much! After being sidelined by a "hip injury" for 8 years, I even started running again and completed a few 5ks earlier this year. There was a LOT of fear and emotional pain associated with running, so this represented a huge breakthrough for me. Then I actually strained my calf muscle running and decided to take a few days off. During that time, a friend (who didn't know that I'd pulled a muscle) asked me why I was limping. I actually didn't realize I was. Immediately, the hip pain returned. This has been a pattern for me (before the calf injury): I suddenly wake up with a limp (and it doesn't always have a known cause, like a pulled muscle) but don't know it because I'm pain free. Someone comments about it and the pain starts up again, so bad that even walking is hard. Anyone else experience a limp caused by TMS?
