Just had to report some happy news. After being on the market several months, we got a full price offer. Should everything proceed, the close date is Oct 3.
We are excited to downsize and explore the country a little bit before we settle in Arizona.
We've had a LOT of turmoil in our lives right now. This past week was especially heavy-hearted (and full of TMS - big surprise) so the offer couldn't have come at a better time.
