I am not an active member of this forum anymore; nor do I have any intention to return here after posting. I do not say this with the opinion that the forum is negative; I just simply have realized my health issues had become an obsession that I must break and leaving this forum be is one way to break that obsession. I have not recovered through the TMS approach but I do feel the approach is very relevant to my chronic pain situation. TMS is only half my approach however; through months of trigger point work I have seen great improvement in my situation leading me to truly believe my situation is mental and physical.
The reason for this post is I would like to recommend a book to everyone here. This book is very similar conceptually to the books written by Sarno and I feel it could help a multitude of forum members. The book is "A Life at Last by David Paul." I hope this recommendation does well for some of you, good luck with your journey!
