Hi. I am new to this protocol, as I mentioned in an earlier post. I am going to start the SEP program to really give it my best shot, however, I do have a question. I have been struggling with increasing hip pain for several years and since I have embraced the TMS program, as I mentioned in a previous post, the pain is increasing and moving around, adding additional areas that are sore. However, I also have been taking many daily supplements due to genetic anomalies; difficulty detoxing, absorbing B vitamins, etc. I also take a daily Omega Fish oil capsule at breakfast. For about an hour after that, I feel less or almost no pain, however it then returns. Is this something that I should not be doing as it is simply a placebo effect? Thanks and anyone willing to share their experience who has had increased pain after starting this protocol would be welcomed to weigh in to give me any pointers. I am determined to follow through on this but as you know, pain hurts.
