i decided in controlling stuff and i’m more into let things flow and manage what needs to be managed for a better quality of life.

i’m reading a book by Claire Weekes about letting things flow. book name is “Hope and Help for your Nerves”.

by saying i’m not taking control is that for example, if i want a pizza and my mind says no, i’ll eat the pizza or that if i want to wear a certain pant or shirt i’ll wear it even if my mind says no. is that what not taking control means?

i talked this with my therapist and she said to not take control.

by this is that i won’t be controlling things or certain things? i think she meant everything.

    thoughts on this?
