Noob question - getting worse before getting better?

    September 24 I sat by the lake and read one of dr sarno's books for a few hours. That night I got the worst flu of my life and have spent over 2 months in bed recovering. I have to wonder if there is some connection.

    I'd say it's symptom imperative. When I conquered my back pain I immediately had bouts UTIs, yeast infections and one of the worst colds in my life. It's like the system goes haywire before it crashes.
