New Program Non TMS

I have non TMS stuff that causes chronic stress such as a heart valve that will need to be replaced via open heart surgery (and I my insurance won't cover it and I am single and alone and have no one to take care of me) and other cardiac issues that may require intervention and cause death, osteoarthritis, hearing loss, tinnitus, benign prostate hypertrophy, progressive vision loss etc., etc. Thoughts ? Thanks ! Right now I am worried about arthritic like pain that arose in my feet after a massage, walking a lot and walking in sandals during a flood here in Asia.....Also have more arthritic like pain in my hands; x rays - some showed OA some did not..Going to have that looked at... Had some loud noise exposures that aggravated my tinnitus and made my hearing worse...I have chest pains often; scary when you have legit cardiac issues/risk
