I need help on how to handle a problem from a mind body perspective and otherwise.

I moved into an apartment and didn't realize until after I moved in that there is a dance studio below. :|

The music is so incredibly loud. I can hear it even when I have my TV on loud. It is becoming very stressful to me, as they are playing the music most weekdays from 4 to 9:30 and then several hours on Saturdays and Sundays. It is negatively affecting my mental health and now my physical health, as well. I've been having some health problems this past year, and it seems the stress of listening to this noise all day is making things worse. I literally am getting chest pain now every day when I hear the music. It's driving me crazy.

How do I accept this? I can't move out at this time. They don't seem to be turning it down when asked. How do I destress when I am literally getting stressed and sick?

Have you tried noise cancelling headphones?
