Next book group teleconference Jan 26.

Hi everyone,

We just had another terrific Saturday with a book group teleconference and a drop in chat. Today we had a wonderful surprise when TMS author Steve Ozanich dropped by! We kept the teleconference running from 2:20-4:20 EST and had a terrific discussion.

Next Saturday, we will resume our regular schedule:
2:00-2:20 - connect to Fuze meeting
2:20-3:00 - book discussion group using both the audio teleconference and the regular chat room
3:00-4:00 - turn off Fuze meeting and return to our regular chat room for a drop in chat.

Because this isn't a course for college credit, the emphasis is always on having a good discussion rather than covering specific chapters. So far, we've had such great discussions that we haven't discussed the 6 chapters that we've read so far (Great Pain Deception 7-9 and When the Body Says No 1-3), so if anyone has any comments or concerns about those chapters, we'd be very happy to discuss them on the 26th.

In the meantime, for those who are keeping up with the reading, please read chapter 6 of Great Pain Deception and chapter 4 of When the Body Says No. We can, of course, discuss anything that people find interesting.

FYI, if anyone wants to join, I've started the software up. The official meeting starts at 2:20, but people are strongly encouraged to join it earlier, as early as 2:00, so they can test their connections. Instructions on how to connect can be found here:
