Newbie here with sitting and walking pain

It's been so nice to find this forum and people who can relate. Over the last 2 years, I've been through All The Physio and All The Tests and there is no biomechanical cause for my inability to sit or walk for more than a few minutes without pain. I was a regular at the gym all my life but had to give that up last year. My deep inner hip rotators are sore most of the time. I now use a stand/sit desk for work, am cycling for exercise and mobility because it doesn't hurt nearly as much as walking, and I have been doing Peter Levine's Body as Healer program. I saw a psychosomatic physio for some sessions, but I think I ran the course of what she had to offer me. I also have a psychologist helping me work through my history of childhood trauma, severe bullying, and a bad divorce after 25 years of marriage. My ex has anger issues, so I've had a life of boundary violations and my own inability or unwillingness to set my own boundaries. Working on it. I'm now in a spectacular relationship where I feel safer than I ever have, so I'm hopeful I can overcome this. Finding you all and Alan's programs gives me even more hope. Happy to be here.
