New Pain Recovery Program?

In June and July (2019), I read Alans Pain Recovery Program very thoroughly (and loved it!). I just joined the TMS wiki forum and got a message that Alan has completed the NEW pain recovery program. Is this different from the one I read in June and July? Or an old message? Thanks!!

Hi @pinkpiano,

There's a little bit of confusion, because Alan has donated two different programs to our community: the first is located on the wiki site (https://www.tmswiki.org/ppd/TMS_Recovery_Program (TMS Recovery Program)) and he called it a two-part program. The newer program is here on the forum, and it's a 21-day program. So if you completed the 21-day program, that's the newer one.
