    Hello forum members,

I am fairly new to the TMS journey, been reading Dr Sarnos books. I had recently posted about how I was diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia and now while that is going on for the past 3 days my knee pain started. Today it was swollen and I could not bend it at all, I have been applying the approach of acknowledging the pain and accepting it, also journaling. I have come to the point where I can’t climb the stairs anymore. Just wanted to know is this all normal? I have not taken any painkillers as I believe it’s TMS but the swelling is not going down.
