The 42 day Structured Education Program on this site is awesome. I learned more about myself in 42 days then all my years of living. It starts on the main page down the left hand side. Have you read one of the Sarno books?
 
Hi, yes I have read Sarno's books, really impressed!! I have followed his way of thinking and hope I
am improving! I think so. Just hang in there and read and read over and over again until it sinks in.
