    Hello all,
So happy to have found the forum and nice to meet you (virtually). I've been exploring the different subforums and getting an idea of the different flow of things.

In the area of mind/body techniques, I've read a ton of books, watched countless videos, and even have a background in this area, BUT this past year through experiencing the most challenging time of my life, I just can not seem to practice/explore further by doing it in isolation (as many of you know/have mentioned just going through health issues, whatever the symptoms, can be quite isolating as is!)

I used to be so incredibly disciplined and was even doing daily meditation when everything essentially crashed. However, I realize one of the things that was/has been missing is doing some of these things in communion with others, even knowing that there are others starting at the same time, would be so wonderful.

In the interest of keeping this short....
I'm excited to connect with all of you and would love to hear suggestions for doing elements of the program with others who are also starting out on the journey as well as any other thoughts/ideas/guidance.

Thanks so much! Looking forward to better and better days for all of us!

    Hi, @NewBeginning !
Welcome aboard! This is a great community! it has helped me learn so much about healing from TMS— and it is giving me so much hope. I don’t even know where I would be without it! Everyone is wonderful! One thing I did when I first came on here about a year and a half ago is read all the posts when I could because it doesn’t matter what symptoms people have the advice that they give applies to anyone. And also, whenever someone recommended a video or a book, I would look into it and see if it would work for me. You can also ask questions and people are really helpful —or post just how you’re feeling and people will encourage you. At first, it seems like there’s just too much information, but after a while you can sift through it and find what works the best for you. There are two free classes on the website— both of them are good.

Yes, we will all see better and better days!
